Our Waverley building is located near Melrose Arch, with easy access to the M1 freeway and ample parking space for employees and visiting clients. There are multiple fully furnished office suites, fitted with 100 mbps enterprise grade Wi-Fi.
The building has boardrooms and meeting rooms available for you to use either through a booking system, or for quick access on the day depending on the other tenants in the building. As well as this, there are common areas to sit for quick chats, meetings with clients or a simple change of scenery.
The building also has a barista, so you’ll never have to go too far to find a coffee or a snack during the work day.
In addition to an outdoor deck area with tables and chairs for your lunch break or meetings on a sunny day, the building also has a rooftop entertainment terrace. This is perfect for office parties or conference gatherings, which will be more frequent as we come out of the pandemic (hopefully!)
There’s no need to worry about anything at Bespoke by Barrow, as there is a dedicated full-time facility manager who will be accessible to you should you run into any issues at the office. Plus, there is 24 hour security in the building as well as 24 hour access to the facility should you forget anything at work, or need to use the office after hours.
Bespoke by Barrow also runs on solar power, and there is back up power and water in case Eskom strikes spontaneously. So no need to worry about losing power or Wi-Fi.
