These include Woodmead Office Park, Bedfordview Office Park, Pinewood Office Park, Thornhill Office Park and Parc Nicol Office Park. The total combined area of office parks completed over the last 10 years is in excess of 100,000m². Completed buildings are available for lease or sale, depending on prevailing market conditions. The company also welcomes the opportunity to become involved in joint venture developments.
