Barrow Developments is the property development arm for the group. The group has been involved with the development of numerous office parks over the years. These include Woodmead Office Park, Bedfordview Office Park, Pinewood Office Park, Thornhill Office Park, Parc Nicol Office Park and Greenstone Hill Office Park. The total combined area of office parks completed over the last 10 years is in excess of 100,000m². Completed buildings are available for lease or sale, depending on prevailing market conditions. The company also welcomes the opportunity to become involved in joint venture developments.
